The food at Rose Villa is outstanding! Even the Boss eats it.

Everything is home cooked by our super chef, Lisa.

 

The kitchen has a Food Hygiene rating of 5 from Fareham

Borough Council Environmental Health. We have a 28 day rotating menu,

which has been developed with the assistance of our residents,

incorporating everyone’s favorites.

 

Seasonal produce is used at all times.

All diets are catered for, including diabetic, vegetarian, gluten free..

Food is available 24 hours, so if you fancy a snack, or a cuppa,

you can have one whenever you want.

 

Visitors are always offered refreshment, and are welcome to stay for a meal.

Drinks are available throughout the day.

 

Breakfast from  8am: -         Orange juice, choice of cereal, toast and marmalade tea / coffee

Midmorning       1030am: -   Tea/coffee and biscuits

Lunch                 1230pm: -   Steak and kidney pie, creamed potatoes,

                                                 cauliflower. Treacle sponge and custard.

Afternoon tea     3pm: -         Tea/coffee and cakes.

Tea                      5pm: -         Homemade chicken and vegetable soup.

                                                Crème caramel.

 Supper               8pm: -         Selection of sandwiches. Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate.

Sample Weekly Menu

Monday: -       Sausages, onion gravy, mash, cabbage, carrots. Rice pudding.

Tuesday: -      Chicken portions, parsley new potatoes, mashed swede, peas.

                        Cherry sponge and custard.

Wednesday: - Beef casserole, mash, sprouts. Rhubarb crumble and custard.

Thursday: -     Gammon, mash, cauliflower cheese, beans. Apple pie and custard.

Friday: -          Fish and chips. Pineapple sponge and custard.

Saturday: -     Lamb hot pot, mash, peas, carrots. Bread and butter pudding

Sunday:-         Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, peas,  carrots, gravy. Rice pudding
